Product Care

Simply use a soft towel and a mild soap (no chemical detergents please) and wipe the mat or the individual puzzle pieces with a damp cloth.

Shipping

Most of our products are in stock with us and will be packed within 48 hours of ordering (Mon-Fri) and delivered within 2-3 days for domestic orders. International orders (Outside Germany) usually take 1-5 days to arrive.
